Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, ranked by Real Trends as the 17th largest real estate company in the country, has named Dean C. Ulrich as Branch Manager of its Bellingham office. A life-long resident of Bellingham and Whatcom County, Dean’s real estate career spans nearly 30 years, with 18 years at Coldwell Banker Bain and most recently with John L. Scott.

Dean is a graduate of Western Washington University with B.A. degrees in Speech Communications and Psychology. He has been named Bellingham's Best Realtor for multiple years in the Bellingham Business Journal’s annual Reader’s Poll, and holds several real estate designations including Certified Seller Marketing Specialist, Certified Buyer Representation Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist.

In addition to his real estate broker career, Dean has experience as a licensed general contractor and luxury home builder, running his own company that served Whatcom and Skagit Counties for a decade. His additional experience in site sales for the master planned community resort Semiahmoo provides clients with a unique perspective of homes and construction.
