    Andy was so very helpful!! This property was no longer on the market when we ran across it and Andy was proactive in contacting the owner, getting us a fair price, and just answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend Andy Webster to anyone.

    Can't say how much I appreciate all you have done to help mom with EVERYTHING!  I told her she owes you quite a few lunches or dinners and she said "I know" :)  She has had some trouble with the transition and the change hopefully she will give it the chance it needs to get settled in and know her neighbors.  Not sure when I'm going to be out to visit, just got laid off last week and my last day is the 12th of June so I will probably be staying a bit closer to home until I find another opportunity.  Hoping I can convince her to fly out by herself to come visit...still working on that one.  

    I told her to get some of your business cards to have handy to give out to her neighbors. Maybe when she takes you to lunch, you can give her some and she can pass those out. I hear the properties come on/off the market in that community pretty regularly. She will give you a glowing recommendation!
