Linda Aaron, Director of Training and Education
Linda Aaron has served as the Director of Education and Training for Coldwell Banker Bain since 2010. With over ten years experience in a branch office prior to joining the corporate team, Linda has a unique perspective on what brokers need to be successful from onboarding to continuing education.
Coldwell Banker Bain offers an extensive real estate course catalog for the new broker and many continuing education courses for an experienced broker. We offer all of the required courses a new broker needs to complete their first license renewal as well as many elective courses for experienced brokers and their subsequent renewals.
Our two-week StartUp course is designed to assist a new broker in learning the necessary skills to launch a career in real estate and ensure they will be successful.
Coldwell Banker Bain's teaching staff of thirty-eight certified instructors is comprised of many of our Principal Managing Brokers, our Managers in Development and a few of our Top Producing agents. Our instructors are in the field working in today's market which means they are qualified with first-hand knowledge and experience about complex real estate transactions and using modern technology.
Linda's particular area of expertise is in computers, technology, online marketing, social media and branch operations. The training and education team is responsible for staff training as well as our comprehensive broker real estate education and training program.
When not working, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and photographing the beautiful Pacific Northwest and beyond.
