Coldwell Banker Bain, one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading real estate brokerages, has announced the creation of critical new positions, including Chief Revenue Officer, in order to provide industry-leading programs, systems and tools to the company’s 32 offices and 1,100+ agents throughout Washington and Oregon. Barbara Hindle, Principal Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Bain of Capitol Hill, has been named Chief Revenue Officer, where she will be responsible for crafting and communicating the company’s vision, developing a long-term revenue strategy, identifying new markets, and ensuring adoption of the strategy by CB Bain’s marketing and sales teams to ensure the highest level customer relationships. Additional roles have also been created for Director of Administrative Operations, Technology Coordinator, Market Data and Reports Analyst, and Global and Luxury Director.
Said President and COO Mike Grady, who heretofore had been managing both the operations and revenue sides of the business, “We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few decades, but to ensure continued expansion and support for our agents and their clients we must build an infrastructure that provides the best possible delivery systems and personnel skills. Barb is the perfect person to help us align and optimize the entire client experience with the aim of increasing revenue.” Grady will continue in his role as President and COO, with a focus on operations, and work closely with Hindle going forward.
Hindle has been with Coldwell Banker Bain for 21 years in a variety of leadership roles in its Duvall, Kirkland and Capitol Hill offices. In her six-year tenure as Principal Managing Broker for the Capitol Hill office, she has grown the office’s sales volume from $160 million in 2011 to $429 million in 2016. Additionally, under Hindle’s leadership, the office was named a Gold level Coldwell Banker® Premier Office for 2016, the highest honor given to Coldwell Banker individual offices based upon exceptional sales performance.
