Coldwell Banker Bain Names Richard Fulton and Jim Kallerson as Principal Managing Brokers of Capitol Hill and Kirkland Offices

Coldwell Banker Bain (CB Bain), a leading provider of real estate brokerage services throughout the Pacific Northwest and a market leader in home sales in 2017*, is pleased to announce that Richard (Dick) Fulton and Jim Kallerson have been named Principal Managing Brokers of its Capitol Hill and Kirkland offices, respectively.
Fulton, who serves as Executive Vice President for Coldwell Banker Bain, most recently also served as Principal Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Bain of Kirkland. He joined the company in 1987, and has also managed CB Bain offices in Lake Union and Magnolia.
Kallerson has most recently served as Assistant Managing Broker of the Kirkland office since 2009. After joining Coldwell Banker Bain in 2000, he served as Assistant Principal Managing Broker for its Lake Union office.
Said Fulton, “I am very excited to return to the Seattle marketplace where I started managing on Capitol Hill 30 years ago. It is a very vibrant and active market and I’m enjoying working with the great brokers at Coldwell Banker Bain of Capitol Hill.”
Fulton’s real estate expertise includes serving as Director for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) starting in 1996, Chairman of the NWMLS disciplinary committee for six years, and as the 2005 Chairman of the NWMLS board of directors. He currently serves on the NWMLS Data Force Committee. Fulton holds a B.A. in psychology and sociology from New England College, and M.A. in counseling from Idaho State University.
During his tenure at CB Bain of Kirkland, Kallerson has maintained a sales production level of Diamond Club, and mentored many of the newer brokers who have joined office.
Said Kallerson, “My new position is coming at an exciting time as Coldwell Banker Bain of Kirkland is moving to a new location closer to downtown Kirkland next to the new Kirkland Urban project. We plan on continually making the Coldwell Banker Bain of Kirkland office the premier place to work at on the Eastside as a real estate broker.”
