Ryan Gorman
Chief Executive Officer, Coldwell Banker Real Estate

Ryan Gorman is the Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, a global industry leader with a 116-year legacy of unparalleled customer service, integrity and technological innovation. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day franchise and brokerage operations supporting approximately 100,000 agents in nearly 3,000 offices in 40 countries around the world. He additionally serves as the president and CEO of Realogy Brokerage Group (formerly NRT), including offices doing business as Coldwell Banker Realty. As one of the nation’s largest real estate brokerages, powered by a network of approximately 52,000 independent real estate agents operating from approximately 605 offices in more than 50 markets across the United States, Coldwell Banker Realty is the largest component of Realogy Holdings (NYSE: RLGY). Prior to serving as president and CEO of NRT, Ryan served as Chief Strategy and Operating Officer and as its Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations where he brought a heightened focus on service delivery, defined a comprehensive integrated growth strategy and leveraged the resources of NRT and Realogy to drive a superior experience for affiliated agents, employees and consumers. Greg Macres
Regional Executive Vice President, Western Region, Coldwell Banker Realty

A veteran real estate leader, Greg oversees more than 12,000 independent sales associates and operations in more than 150 offices in California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Hawaii. He began his real estate career in Silicon Valley at age 18 while attending college. With 25 years of leadership experience, his expertise covers every facet of the business, from sales and sales education to real estate management and career guidance. A respected entrepreneur, Greg helped build one of the largest and most successful real estate companies in California before it was acquired by NRT.

Tim Foley
Executive Vice President, Realogy Brokerage and Franchise Operations

Tim is responsible for driving operations for Coldwell Banker Realty and overseeing operations for Realogy Brokerage Group and Realogy Franchise Group.  He specializes in creating leverage to reinvest in growth. Tim partners with both shared services and existing brand leaders to lead the execution of the company’s strategic priorities and drive initiatives which accelerate company growth. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Tim held several leadership roles in Business Transformation at J.P. Morgan and GE Capital, leading global teams of 900 employees across lines of business. During his career, Tim has led global client services, created extensive cross-business partnerships across organizations, and launched industry-leading products and services.  Tim has a strong track record in helping organizations, including Coldwell Banker, in simplifying the Agent and Client experiences and reducing operating costs to reinvest into the business.

Liz Gehringer

In her role, Liz focuses on strategic initiatives that leverage the company’s robust global presence across 40 countries and both affiliate and company-owned relationships, in order to foster worldwide referral opportunities and tactical partnerships that drive rapid growth for affiliated broker owners in both residential and commercial spaces. This includes ensuring the Coldwell Banker brand attracts and nurtures strong franchisees, and recruits and retains the highest quality real estate agents across key markets. She oversees the franchise network of more than 1,400 affiliated company offices in the U.S. and 628 international operating offices. Additionally, she oversees the brand’s franchise operations, field services, events, international business and the Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate networks.

David Marine
Chief Marketing Officer, Coldwell Banker Real Estate

David positively influences consumers and the brand's global network on a mass scale from his management of world-class, award-winning advertising campaigns to elevating Coldwell Banker's digital footprint each year with his creativity in regard to content and video creation which has garnered well over 100 million video views. David has led the development of the highest scoring advertisements in the real estate industry for 9 years running, according to AceMetrix.

LOGISTICS FOR MY BUSINESS

Are there any new transaction forms that I will need to start using?

No. Business will continue to be conducted under the Coldwell Banker Bain name and you will continue to use Coldwell Banker Bain transaction forms.

How are contracts and forms accessed?

You will continue to access the same forms you use today.       

How will I get my commission checks on new and pending sales?

There are currently no changes to how you will receive your commission check, as you will receive your commission payment the same as you do today.

Will my commission plan change?

No. your commission plan will not change as a result of this acquisition

Will my Errors and Omissions Insurance change?

You can expect a change from the Coldwell Banker Bain  risk management fund to the Coldwell Banker Realty Legal Assistance Program will apply to brokerage activities that you engage in while affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty – subject to the terms of the program. Each agent will be required to sign as an Addendum to your IC Agreement the Legal Assistance Program.   The fee per side per transaction will remain the same.

Will I have to transfer my license?

No, there is no need to transfer your license at this time.

What will happen to my listings on ColdwellBankerBain.com?

Your listings will continue to appear on ColdwellBankerBain.com and ColdwellBanker.com. Coldwell Banker Bain listings and offices will also be added to ColdwellBankerHomes.com in the near future.

Who do I go to for additional questions?

You should direct questions to your office manager, who will be able to field questions or direct you to the correct person to answer your questions.

 

 

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Will I get a company email address?

Your email address will remain the same.

Will I have to change any marketing materials?

You can continue using your current Coldwell Banker Bain marketing materials and tools.

Will I have access to the same tools and support?

All Bain tools and support will be supported during this transitional period. As we transition, there will be full support, training and migration assistance to new and improved systems. We are only interested in providing you with the best tools, support and resources in the industry.

How does Coldwell Banker Realty help support the business of agents?

There are numerous Coldwell Banker Realty programs and services that will be available to you. Some of these you may already have access to. Others are exclusive to Coldwell Banker Realty agents. These programs will be rolled out and introduced to you as they become available. These programs include:

CBx – This innovative app developed exclusively for the Coldwell Banker network uses big data to analyze the local market, the neighborhood and more, giving agents the insight they can use to determine the right listing price.

Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® – This international marketing program has represented some of the most prestigious properties across the globe. In 2021, Coldwell Banker affiliated agents handled more $267 Million in daily luxury home sales.

Desk – Desk is a fully integrated suite of applications, which is an agent’s first and only stop to access our products (and other great applications) seamlessly and effectively. Exclusive Look – Exclusive Look provides agents with the ability to share listings within the Coldwell Banker network in two ways: Sneak Peeks and Brokerage Exclusives – both of which are compliant with NAR’s recently approved MLS Policy Statement 8.0, also known as the Clear Cooperation policy. This tool is available based on state guidelines and policies, therefore it is only available in Oregon at this time.

Transaction Manager– This system allows your clients access to their real estate transaction documents in real time, 24/7 online. The system provides key tasks and instant access to critical documents throughout the life of the transaction and beyond.

Insight – Reports provide you with the resources to track property views of your listings online, both on Coldwell Banker sites and major third-party syndication partners, with the option to automatically email yourself and your seller.

Listing Concierge – Agents can win the listing, prove their value and turn one listing into three with this first-of-its-kind, simple-to-use platform. Listing Concierge delivers creative, consistent property marketing handled on the agent’s behalf. Agents who use Listing Concierge are twice as productive and close with a 5% higher commission rate4. Prospect Square – This is the agent’s virtual town square, bringing together all their contacts and all the ways they reach them into one central hub. Agents can stay connected with clients and contacts by sending Market, Area and Quarterly Reports or opting into the Clients for Life campaign, so they are always top of mind.   

RealVitalize – This program is a partnership with HomeAdvisor and provides sellers with home improvement resources prior to or during the home listing period with no up-front costs or interest fees. The brokerage will cover the upfront costs of the repairs, which will be repaid by the seller when the property sale closes or the listing expires. Available projects include staging, appliance purchasing and installation, handyman services, painting, kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Referral Rewards – You can continue to earn unlimited referral income through the Referral Rewards program. When you recruit independent agents to Coldwell Banker Realty affiliated companies, you can earn two percent of the agents’ GCI for the first two years, and one percent for each additional year as long as you both remain associated with the Company.
