Coldwell Banker Bain has been named a top brokerage in California-based real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty’s, Swanepoel Mega 1000.
The Mega 1000 is the most comprehensive industry analysis and thorough ranking of real estate brokerages, franchise and independent brokerages in the nation, according to T3 Sixty. Other industry ranking surveys purportedly don’t include dozens of brokerages that decline to share data, and thus leads to incomplete lists.
Real estate brokerages are ranked by sales volume, with Coldwell Banker Bain ranking 19th out of 1,000, up from placing 20th last year. The company reported $6,285,751,716 in volume and 10,421 transactions in 2019.
Released annually in May, the fifth section of the Real Estate Almanac, Brokerages (Mega 1000), ranks the largest residential real estate brokerages as of December 31, 2019. This year, the report reveals that production is increasingly concentrating among the nation’s 1,000 largest brokerages. In 2019, these companies did 48.9 percent of all existing-home sales volume, up 1.4 percent from 2018 and up 8.9 percent from 2017. Transaction sides of the nation’s 1,000 largest brokerages saw a similar jump.
“We are honored to be ranked in the top 20 of the Swanepoel Mega 1000, given the breadth of brokerages included within it. It speaks to our brokers’ commitment to providing the best possible customer service and expertise,” said Mike Grady, CB Bain President and COO. “We are appreciative of their efforts.”
