Coldwell Banker Bain, a leading provider of real estate brokerage services throughout the Pacific Northwest and the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the world, announced today Emma Nolan has been named Principal Managing Broker of its Edmonds/Lynnwood office. Nolan previously served as an agent based out of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue and Kirkland offices.

While Nolan’s husband served in the military, she moved around quite a bit. Her work history includes being a teacher, a scientist, an entrepreneur, and a professor. She enjoys helping people and sharing knowledge. Nolan found her calling in real estate when her family moved to Austin, Texas in 2013. After five years of working in a thriving market, her husband was transferred to Washington State in 2018.
Nolan feels lucky to have had the opportunity to work in different, yet extremely hot real estate markets. She utilizes the skills she has learned to help buyers and sellers prepare mentally and get them ready to assist making an offer or show their homes in the best possible light. Her new role as PMB Edmonds/Lynnwood office fulfills her desire to mentor new brokers, which will continue as she and her entire team shift to the new Mill Creek office that is slated to open Summer 2022.

Nolan was born in Puerto Rico, lived in Mexico City, and moved with her family to West Texas as a youth. She attended the Air Force Academy then graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science. Later, she earned her master’s degree from the University of New Mexico. Nolan, her husband, their two children, and two dogs happily call Bothell home.
