Coldwell Banker Bain, a leading provider of real estate brokerage services throughout the Pacific Northwest and the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the world, announced today Simona Saint has been appointed Director of Broker Recruitment. In this role, Saint will assist all CB Bain managers and branches with broker recruiting efforts.

Saint brings to the company an impressive real estate career that spans more than 20 years, beginning at Windermere Bellevue Commons in 2001. For 13 years, she specialized in residential real estate, new construction with CamWest (now Toll Brothers), land development, and luxury properties. Her passion for helping people on a grander scale led her into the management realm.

For the past eight years, Saint worked as a Branch Manager for a top real estate company at their offices in North Bend, Sammamish, Issaquah, Mercer Island and most recently, Kent. In her last position spanning four years, Saint added over 24 Brokers to the team each year, hired and trained her office’s first Rookie of the Year in 20 years, and achieved a per agent productivity of 17.6 transactions a year. Saint received numerous recruiting awards.
Saint immigrated to the U.S. from Romania with her family when she was three years old. After living in Southern California, they relocated and settled in Redmond, Wash. She earned her AA Degree at Bellevue College, and furthered her education at Seattle University, graduating with a degree in Communications, minoring in Broadcasting. In her spare time Saint enjoys spending time with her two children, recreation in the sun and water, golf, and watching sports.
